Roadway Design

Roadways are the backbone in any City, Community or Development. Benchmark uses the their years of experience to provide its client with a cost-effective design within the time frame that the project requires.

Traffic Studies, Traffic Signal Design & Traffic Control Plans

A traffic impact analysis (TIA or Traffic Study) may be required for new roadways, roadway improvement projects or proposed development projects that generate significant vehicular traffic as a result of the development.

Civil Site Engineering

The Benchmark team has extensive experience in the commercial development of property for all types of uses including but not limited to retail centers, strip malls, hotels, convenience stores, banks, restaurants, schools, big box stores, and large corporate sites.

Subdivision Design

Benchmark has performed land surveying and civil engineering services on over 40 residential subdivision projects all over the state of Mississippi since 2004. We are able to assist the clients in taking a piece of property from raw land to a platted development ready to sell lots.

Land Surveying

Benchmark provides a wide range of surveying services to our clients. With over 100 years of experience on staff in the land surveying business we are able to meet the needs of a wide range of clients.

UAV Mapping

Benchmark has now entered the aerial mapping/UAV surveying market to allow us to provide our clients with the most cost-effective, fastest service possible.

Hydrology & Hydraulic Engineering

Benchmark offers hydrology & hydraulic engineering services for a wide range of projects and clients. From large scale drainage projects for municipalities to small single lot drainage issues, no drainage project or problem is too big or too small for the team at Benchmark Engineering to consider.
