Recently updated FEMA flood maps has resulted in a change in the flood zone classification for many homeowners, which in turn has required said homeowner to get flood insurance. FEMA Flood Elevation Certificates are a mechanism that may help homeowner’s reduce the yearly premium associated with said Flood Insurance. Benchmark provides the services required to prepare FEMA Flood Elevation Certificates for submittal to FEMA. We also provide surveying services required to prepare Letter of Map Amendments (LOMA’s), etc.
