Benchmark has been selected for MDOT’s Master Contract for Professional Surveying Services. Our Team is so delighted for the opportunity to provide quality work and expertise to the Magnolia State.
The Contract For Professional Surveying Services will include, but are not limited to developing project property maps; developing and performing individual property surveys and plats; drafting legal descriptions for various types of legal conveyances; developing acquisition (appraisal) maps; surveying rights of way, easements, and encroachments as well as other required field surveys; performing topographic and hydrographic surveys and eminent domain surveys; offering expert witness testimony; providing quality assurance surveying and LiDAR control services; as well as other transportation-related professional surveying services.
